Our pricing is built on one principle: the client must always pay less than they would if they employed these people directly. We absorb training, attrition, infra, and tooling costs.

FTE Equivalent Pricing

Per role, per month. Client pays a fixed retainer equivalent to ~60–75% of what hiring that role directly would cost. Best for ongoing functions like payroll, HR ops, bookkeeping.

Transaction / Output Pricing

Pay per unit of output — per invoice processed, per payslip generated, per return filed. Best for high-volume, measurable tasks. Scales up and down with business volume.
